Other costs

We may need to perform further tests to investigate your child’s symptoms, such as blood tests or skin prick tests. They may be charged for by both Children’s Allergy Doctors  and the hospital where they are done. We would advise you contact the hospital to ascertain their fees prior to your appointment. If you have health insurance you should contact them prior to your appointment, to obtain pre authorisation.

The cost of tests is determined by and charged by the hospital where your child is to be seen. Prices vary slightly between hospitals and can be requested in advance from the hospital before proceeding with tests. If your visit is covered by health insurance, it is important that to contact your insurance provider prior to undertaking these tests.

Please contact us for further information about consultation fees and prices. We are always happy to advise on costs associated with treatments.
