Our support team

Megan manages the practice management administrative team, supported by Hayley and Michelle. The team oversee appointment bookings, communication with patients and Children’s Allergy Doctors, along with assisting with day to day patient queries.

As a team, they are dedicated in providing an excellent, friendly service to every patient and contributing to the quality of care. With over ten years of practice management experience between them, they are happy to assist you in any of your patient needs and look forward to speaking to you.


Alison manages the credit control administration for my practice and also oversees a team of credit controllers in her department.  Alison will liaise with patients and insurers, ensuring the financial side of my practice runs smoothly.

Alison has a wealth of experience, with over twenty-three years across many fields in private practice and has worked in medical management for the last fourteen years.


Katherine is a clinical nurse specialist in children’s allergy working at The Evelina London. Katherine undertakes nurse-led clinics, oral food challenges, immunotherapy and drug provocation testing. She is the lead for the allergic rhinitis and immunotherapy service and the nurse lead for the severe and difficult asthma and allergy clinic.

Katherine is passionate about patient, family and clinician education and has devised community clinician education workshops as well as working alongside school nurses to deliver bespoke school and family allergy education.

Katherine is undertaking the allergy MSc at Southampton University and hopes to further develop her allergy knowledge and continue with the high standard of nurse-led services within children’s allergy at the Evelina London.

Victoria has been working in paediatric allergy since 2010.  During this time she has worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, both within the NHS and private sectors, and as a Clinical Research Sister.

Victoria has experience of administering immunotherapy treatments, skin prick tests and food and drug provocation challenges.  She also performs lung function testing to aide diagnosis and provides education to children and families, supporting and empowering them to manage their allergic disease.

Victoria’s particular areas of interest are immunotherapy and food provocation challenges. In 2016, Victoria was nominated as an ‘Allergy Hero’ in the Allergy UK Allergy Hero awards.
